Exflam 204 It is manufactured from.Exflam 201 with solicon resin modified coated according to own method.

Exflam 204 is differs from Exflam 201 in the following properties:
　　marked reduction in water soluble constituent.
　　marked reduction viscosity in aqueous suspension
　　marked enhance wetting out and compatibility with polymers or resin
　　improved powder flowability
　　improved heat resistance and insulation.

Application:

Exflam 204 can be used for all Exflam 201 is suitable

Exflam 204 can be advantageously used in solvent radical intumescent coatings

Exflam 204 can be particulaly used in thermoplasticsExflam 204 has superior insulution for electrical sector,and could achieve the classification UL94-VO.
